PART 2!! Grow with each other throughout these new milestones. Hiccups & Sunshine is a New Mom Support Group that meets weekly to provide social interaction, support, and practical information in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Bring your baby and meet other new moms as you learn from their experiences, share your thoughts, and gather helpful information to assist you in parenting. Also, listen and engage with guest speakers that specialize in developmental milestones, postpartum recovery and mental health. This group is for babies 4-12 months old. If you have already graduated Hiccups & Sunshine New Mom Group or your baby is at least 4 months old then Part 2 is for you! Topics include: -Sleep, regressions & routines -Adjusting to motherhood & self-Identity -Developmental play -Relationship changes -Introducing solid foods -Prioritizing your Mental health .... AND so much more! Group Facilitator: Lindsay Iadeluca LMHCA Location: Well Nested RI Mommy & Me Wellness Center, 432 Atwood Ave, Cranston, RI 02920 Time: This group meet every Monday from 4-5:30pm for six support sessions starting on 1/12-2/16/26 Class size is limited. By signing up for this support group you are reserving your spot for six support sessions. Money will not be reimbursed for missed classes.
