Hiccups & Sunshine is a New Mom Support Group that meets weekly to provide social interaction, support, and practical information in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Bring your baby and meet other new moms as you learn from their experiences, share your thoughts, and gather helpful information to assist you in parenting. Also, listen and engage with guest speakers that specialize in birth, postpartum, newborn care and mental health. Monitor your baby's growth with weekly weight checks and celebrate your own growth with a small graduation on the last day of group. This group is for new moms and their babies up to 4 months old. Topics include: -Newborn Sleep & Routines -Adjusting to Motherhood & Self Identity -Boundaries & Affective Communication -Mindfulness & Prioritizing your Mental health .... AND so many more! Group Facilitator: Lindsay Iadeluca M.S, LMHCA Location: Well Nested RI Mommy & Me Wellness Center, 432 Atwood Ave, Cranston, RI 02920 Date/Time: This group meets every Monday from 10:30am-12pm for six support sessions starting on 1/12- 2/16 Class size is limited. By signing up for this support group you are reserving your spot for six support sessions. Money will not be reimbursed for missed classes.
