*Weekend* Music with Mary: Mini Maestros

Service Description

Music With Mary is a fun and interactive music class where babies and their caregivers will learn lullabies, rhymes, floor and lap games, action songs and dances that help stimulate a baby’s natural response to music. Little ones will have access to age appropriate instruments, and there will be songs for large and small movements. Caregivers will learn at least 2 lullabies that you can sing as part of your nap and bedtime routines. Bond with your baby in this delightful class while developing his or her listening and motor skills, language development and a sense of balance and timing. Details: -Ages: Newborn to 5 Years old -Weekend Dates: Sunday, 9/24 at 11:30AM and Sunday, 10/29 at 9:30AM (Halloween Edition!! Have your little one come to class in costume or festive clothing) -Class is $22 per family. 2 adults are welcome to accompany children. -*Please register and pay for each date selected. -Well Nested is a shoeless wellness center. Please wear or bring socks. About Mary: Mary graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education. A saxophonist, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist, Mary has taught music courses in various schools throughout Rhode Island. She actively performs on the baritone saxophone in The American Band, a symphonic concert band here in the Ocean State, and also sings with the Carillon Women’s Chorus. In addition to music, Mary is a wife, and a mother of two young children. She and her husband run a media company and are avid podcasters. Their podcasts entertain listeners around the globe and are about pop culture, Rhode Island life, as well as book and television series. Mary loves all the music from composer Michael Giacchino, she would gladly eat mashed potatoes for every meal, and is still eagerly awaiting her acceptance letter from the Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft And Wizardry.
