Birth Crash Course is a 3 hour class taught by Stefanie Trudeau, a doula with over a decade of experience. We cover physiology of labor, pain management and hospital procedures. Participants will learn and practice comfort measures and leave with a list of resources for further exploration on birth-related topics.
