PART 2!! Grow with each other throughout these new milestones. Hiccups & Sunshine is a New Mom Support Group that meets weekly to provide social interaction, support, and practical information in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Bring your baby and meet other new moms as you learn from their experiences, share your thoughts, and gather helpful information to assist you in parenting. Also, listen and engage with guest speakers that specialize in developmental milestones, postpartum recovery and mental health. This group is for babies 4-12 months old. Topics include: -Sleep, regressions & routines -Adjusting to motherhood & self Identity -Developmental play -Relationship changes -Introducing solid foods -Prioritizing your Mental health .... AND so much more! Group Facilitator: Janet Iacobucci CPD, NCS, CLC Location: Well Nested RI Mommy & Me Wellness Center, 1417 Atwood Ave, Johnston, RI 02920 Time: This group meet every Monday from 12:30-2pm for six support sessions starting on June 19, 2023- July 24, 2023. Class size is limited. By signing up for this support group you are reserving your spot for six support sessions. Money will not be reimbursed for missed classes.
